The Association maintains the common areas and manages the relationship between residents and the Association. It also enforces our rules and regulations and protects the interests of Association members.
The Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that are residents of the Hills of Lake Mary. The Association Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of every month at the Lake Mary Senior Center located at 911 Wallace Court.
Lake Mary is situated in Seminole County, an area of more than 400,000 residents which has been nicknamed "the Little Silicon Valley" for the many high tech software and technology businesses as well as medical professionals. Lake Mary is home to the American Automobile Association (Triple A) National Headquarters. Although Lake Mary has a large, planned corporate district, it still keeps the small-town feel.
