The Association is authorized by statute and its governing documents to manage assessments and to make expenditures on behalf the members for the benefit of the entire community. The Association maintains the common areas and manages the relationship between residents and the Association. It also enforces our rules and regulations and protects the interests of Association members.

The Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that are residents of the Hills of Lake Mary. The Association Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of every month at the Lake Mary Community Building located at 140 East Wilbur Avenue.

Lake Mary is situated in Seminole County, an area of more than 400,000 residents which has been nicknamed "the Little Silicon Valley" for the many high tech software and technology businesses as well as medical professionals. Lake Mary is home to the American Automobile Association (Triple A) National Headquarters. Although Lake Mary has a large, planned corporate district, it still keeps the small-town feel.

Lake Mary offers plenty of golf courses, tennis facilities, sporting complexes, skate parks and lakes for boating and fishing. Lake Mary's school district is rated as one of the top 100 in the country and ranked by Newsweek in the top 3% of nationwide schools. Lake Mary has the lowest crime rate in Central Florida and an excellent fire department.

Board Meeting

The next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday August 7 2019 at 6:30 p.m.at the Lake Mary Community Building, 140 East Wilbur Avenue (cross street Country Club Road), Lake Mary.

National Night Out

The City of Lake Mary National Night Out will be held Tuesday October 1st from 5:30pm until 8:30pm at Central Park adjacent to City Hall. National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen our community by creating stronger relationships between citizens and local law enforcement.
